He leads Ernst & Young’s EMEIA Regulatory Reform team and chairs the global Financial Services regulatory compliance solution network. John Liver leads programmes of support for clients looking to resolve regulatory challenges, manage and benefit from regulatory change and deal with the regulatory aspects of business change. Prior to Ernst & Young, John worked at both Barclays, and the FSA.
